WHAT WE DO

Manufacture

GX Glass  have a very skilled workforce and can be trusted to produce top quality products time after time. We have some of the latest technology when it comes to plant and equipment, things like portable digital plotters which can scan and plot templates, which in turns converts the template into an electronic file which all of the machines can read, from the cutting table to the water jet and the cnc. Thus providing a very accurate finished article which matches the template.

EVA Laminating allows us to produce Metal Mesh and Fabric Laminates , all of this would not be much use without our  CoolTemper Toughening Plant .

So to some up our manufacturing capabilities,  we can cut straight and shapes automatically, polish,mitre, bevel, drill, water jet, cnc, sandblast, laminate, paint, u/v bond.

We also have full CAD facilities so drawings and files can be emailed. 

If you require large volumes of back painted glass we have two state of the art automatic paint lines, one is 1.8 metre roller coater and the other is a 1.5 metre spray line, both of  which can produce  in excess of a 1,000 square metres a day.

All of which means we have total control of all aspects of production.

Installation

We offer a full template supply and install service for one of projects, be it a single kitchen splashback or to a 200 bedroom Hotel or Apartment block which may require Frameless showers, mirrors, splashbacks or wall cladding.

Supply only

We also offer a  supply only service with fast turnaround times.
